Upper Body Week 1

Please read the details below carefully as it provides an explanation of to carryout this weeks fitness exercises.

Increase in weight each set as the weight gets heavier the reps get lower.

Please read the full workout carefully and every time you see superset as the method you need to complete the previous exercise first then complete the exercise that has superset as method. Do this with no rest between the two exercises, once both exercises are complete you can then rest. Repeat this until you complete all sets.

The weight remains the same throughout each set.
