Our training plans have been broken down into 3 categories upper body, legs & circuits. We have designed our workouts to target each and every muscle group whilst keeping your heart rate high enough to put you in your fat burning zone. You will receive 3 new workouts each week.

IMPORTANT You must arrive at Fitness Base (61A Northgate, Pontefract WF8 1HJ) between 7am –  9am  Saturday 03rd November 2018. You will need to be prepared to have your weight, picture and measurements taken by our staff as part of the signup process.
