Our classes will all be taken by Ryan & Jordan these classes will be fun, energetice and certainly put you through you paces. We have designed our classes to target each and every muscle group whilst keeping your heart rate high enough to put you in your fat burning zone.

What to expect at the Ultimate Shred Signup.

IMPORTANT You must arrive at A1 Football Factory (Tavern Works, Skinner Ln, Pontefract WF8 1HG) between 7am –  9am  Saturday 9th November 2019. You will need to be prepared to have your weight, picture and measurements taken by our staff as part of the signup process.
