Tofu Fried Rice

Cook the rice in a pan or microwave and set to one side. Chop the tofu into small slices, add some oil to the pan and start to cook. After 2 minutes add in the salt, pepper, garlic and paprika. Then add in the rice, fresh chilli and vegetables along with some soy sauce. Fry off for around 3-4 minutes and serve.
