Shred’s Sirloin Steak with Creamy Cauli ‘Mash’

For the steak:

  1. Add the olive oil, steak, garlic, salt, pepper, thyme and rosemary to a zip lock bag and marinate for at least 20 minutes.
  2.  Add the mixture to a pan (preferably griddle) and sear evenly on each side following packet instructions. Follow our guide on ‘Tips’.
  3. Remove from heat and let the steak rest.

For the mash:

  1. Steam the cauliflower in the microwave or steamer.
  2. Add to a food processor with the garlic and cream cheese.
  3.  Stir well in a bowl, season with a pinch of salt and pepper and serve with your steak.
