Shred’s vitamin packed breakfast
  1. Slice the sweet potato in to cubes and part boil for 5 mins
  2. Add them to a frying pan with a drizzle of olive oil and cook until crisp
  3. Leave the potato to one side, Fry the eggs in the pan for 2 mins
  4. Slice up the avocado add fresh lemon and chilli flakes for flavour
  5. Serve them up with some tobasco sauce
  6. You can add the fruit to the plate or enjoy separate
