Shred’s turkey chilli and veggies  with wholegrain rice

Shred’s Turkey chilli is simple and easy to make follow these steps

  1. Pre heat your frying pan (use fry light or coconut oil)
  2. Add in your chopped onion and cook for 2 to 3 mins
  3. Add in some fresh garlic & 1 tsp of chilli
  4. Add your turkey mince and cook until brown
  5. Add in chicken stock with 300ml of water
  6. Add in the rest of your spices & tinned tomatoes
  7. Simmer for 10 mins then add in your kidney beans the last 5 minutes of cook time
  8. Whilst your chilli is simmering boil up your carrots & green beans in a pan
  9. Serve up & enjoy

For the rice simply boil it up or you can even use microwave rice
