Shred’s three egg omelette with cheese
  1. Beat the eggs and season with salt and pepper
  2. Heat a frying pan using fry light
  3. Whilst the pan comes to heat prep your veggies and to the egg mixture and fry in the pan until cooked through
  4. 1 min before the omelette is ready add your mozzarella and chilli
  5. Serve and enjoy
