Shred’s Teriyaki salmon & Cauli Mash

For the chicken teriyaki:

  1. Add the teriyaki sauce to the salmon and leave to marinate for a minimum of 20 mins.
  2. Bake in the oven for 10 – 25 mins or follow packet instructions.
  3. Remove and enjoy with your cauli mash.

For the cauliflower mash:

  1. Steam the cauliflower in the microwave or steamer.
  2. Add to a food processor with the garlic and cream cheese.
  3. Stir well in a bowl, season with a pinch of salt and pepper and serve with your steak.

Cook time: 30 mins.
