Shred’s Smoked Salmon Rice Cake Paté’s

 

  1. Place the smoked salmon into a food processor and add the cream cheese, lemon, dill, salt, pepper and lemon juice
  2. Process the salmon in short pulses until it is just smooth. Don’t over process the pate or it will thicken too much
  3. Taste and add a touch more salt and ground black pepper
  4. Spread onto rice cakes and enjoy!
