Shred’s Scrambled Egg & Bacon

  1. Use 2 sprays of fry light 1 calorie spray to a pan and add the bacon. Fry as package instructs and when there’s 3 minutes left on it, scramble the eggs in a bowl.
  2. Add butter to the same or a new pan and add eggs mixture.
  3. Keep stirring every 20 seconds to ensure a creamy result.
  4. Add salt and pepper and add to a plate.

Cook time: 10 mins.
