Shred’s meat free protein packed breakfast
  1. Poach the eggs in a deep pan for 3 to 4 mins (alternatively scramble)
  2. For quickness add the beans to the microwave for 3 mins and stir half way through
  3. Cook the mushrooms and spinach together in a pan using fry light for 3 to 4 mins
  4. Serve up with some sauce, enjoy
