Shred’s One Pot Roast Chicken & Gravy Christmas Dinner

  1. Prep Ingredients – Chop vegetables into small pieces and add chicken onto a medium-deep baking tray.
  2. Season – Toss ingredients in olive oil add sesasoning, and drizzle with lemon juice.
  3. Add 200ml OXO cube broth, this can be beef, chicken or vegetable.
  4. Bake – Roast at 240 for 15-20 minutes.
  5. Remove from the oven and serve immediately.

Cooking time: 30 mins.
