Shred’s homemade sweet potato cottage pie

Shred’s homemade sweet potato cottage pie
  1. Boil up the sweet potato until soft (roughly 20 mins)
  2. Whilst the potato is cooking, brown off the mince in a frying pan using fry light
  3. Leave to one side for later
  4. Boil the carrots then add them to the mince along with some diced onion and Worcestershire sauce
  5. Mash the sweet potato, then spread it across the mince in a oven proof deep dish and cook for 30 mins
  6. 10 mins before the pie is cooked add some mozzarella on top and return to the oven
  7. Serve up with some green vegetables
