Shred’s fresh pasta with egg and veggies
  1. Boil the pasta for 10 mins
  2. Heat up a frying pan using coconut oil
  3. Add in all your veggies and cook for 5 to 6 mins
  4. Then add in some garlic and soy sauce
  5. Remember your eggs for hard boiled will take roughly 7 mins (set them to one side)
  6. Once your pasta is cooked add to the pan and mix it all together
  7. Serve this up with your boiled eggs
