Shred’s Veggie Chilli

Method

  1. Heat a frying pan up using coconut oil or fry light, add in your onion and all seasonings for 2 to 3 mins
  2. Add your mince and cook until brown
  3. Add your tinned tomatoes and mushrooms then leave to simmer for 15 mins
  4. The last 5 mins of cooking time add your kidney beans then simmer for a further 10 mins
  5. Whilst the chilli is slowly cooking boil up the rice
  6. Once all cooked up serve and enjoy
