Shred’s chicken with sweet potato


  1. Prep your sweet potato, cut them in to wedges and coat in Cajun spices.
  2. Place them in the oven for 45 mins on 180c
  3. Then place your chicken in the oven wrapped in tin foil and bake for 40mins on 180c
  4. Once they’re nearly cooked boil up your veg for 5 mins
  5. Serve up
