Shred’s chicken with rice and potatoes
  1. Coat the chicken in Cajun spices, tinfoil and add to the oven for 30 mins
  2. Par boil the potatoes and add to a frying pan with the cooked rice
  3. Add in the pan, garlic, chilli and soy sauce
  4. Give it a good stir and cook for 5 to 10 mins
  5. Serve with the chicken and add green vegetables
