Very easy meal to make & tastes delightful, you can either mash or oven cook the potatoes.
- Cut your potato into wedges and oven cook for 40mins
- Fry your sausages in a pan for 15 mins or until cooked
- Once cooked add in some chicken stock with 300ml o water and leave to simmer for 10mins (you can even add some onion at this point for more flavour)
- Serve up with your vegetables
