Shred’s carb free rice with grilled chicken and veggies

Shred’s carb free rice with grilled  chicken and veggies
  1. Set the cauliflower to boil for 10 mins (cut in to small chunks)
  2. Whilst the cauliflower is cooking set a Griddle pan or pre heath the grill
  3. Add the chicken and grill for 7 mins each side (add a splash of soy and chilli flakes)
  4. Once the cauliflower is cook place it through a food processor to create the carb free rice
  5. Optional but for extra flavour add to a fry pan with chilli and garlic and fry for 5 mins
  6. Serve the meal with green vegetables and soy sauce
