Shred’s carb free rice with Green lentils veggies and soy

Shred’s carb free rice with Green lentils veggies and soy
  1. Set the cauliflower to boil for 10 mins (cut in to small chunks)
  2. Whilst the cauliflower is cooking set a Griddle pan or pre heath the grill
  3. Add the vegetables and lentils and grill for 10 mins turning them occasionally (add a splash of soy and chilli flakes)
  4. Once the cauliflower is cooked place it through a food processor to create the carb free rice
  5. Then add to a frying pan with chilli and garlic and fry for 5 mins
  6. Serve the meal with soy sauce
