Shreds’s breakfast special

Shred’s go to breakfast, tastes amazing give it a go!!


  1. Roughly chop your potatoes and boil for 20 mins or until soft
  2. In a frying pan add your sausage and bacon (chopped) and fry for 10 mins. Add salt and pepper
  3. Then add your mushrooms and tomatoes and fry for a further 2 to 3 mins
  4. Crack two eggs on top and mix all in together and cook through
  5. Add some American mustard and your mozzarella
  6. Lastly add your potatoes and turn the heat up to give it a crisp
  7. Serve it up with a squirt of hot sauce and enjoy
