Shreds breakfast bagel

Perfect way to start the day with our breakfast bagel

  1. Heat up a frying pan for 2 mins use fry light or coconut oil
  2. Whilst its heating up prep your bagel and tomatoes
  3. Add your bacon to the pan and cook for 5 mins each side
  4. Once the bacon is nearly cooked add your Tomatoes to the pan and set your bagel in the toaster
  5. Then layer up your bacon with bacon and tomatoes
  6. Add your egg to the frying pan and cook to how you like
  7. Top with bagel with your egg and add some hot sauce
  8. serve and enjoy
