Shred’s boiled egg and avocado with pickle
  1. Boil up the eggs for 7 mins for hard boiled
  2. Leave to one side to cool off once cooked, then prep the avocado using chilli flakes and fresh lime mash it up
  3. Toast the bread, whilst
  4. its cooked slice the radish and add salt, pepper and red onion. Mix up with a drizzle of olive oil
  5. Serve up the sourdough with the avocado spread, sliced boiled eggs and the radish pickle

Add chilli and fresh lime to create the pickle and some oil
