Shred’s bacon eggs

High protein breakfast!!

follow these steps

  1. heat up a frying pan for 2 mins and spay with fry light or use coconut oil
  2. Whilst its heating up chop up your tomatoes and mushrooms
  3. Add your bacon to the pan and fry 5 mins each side
  4. when your bacon is nearly done add in your tomatoes and mushrooms
  5. Once cooked place up on a warm plate then fry your egg to how you like it
  6. serve them up with some fresh spinach
