High protein breakfast!!
follow these steps
- heat up a frying pan for 2 mins and spay with fry light or use coconut oil
- Whilst its heating up chop up your tomatoes and mushrooms
- Add your bacon to the pan and fry 5 mins each side
- when your bacon is nearly done add in your tomatoes and mushrooms
- Once cooked place up on a warm plate then fry your egg to how you like it
- serve them up with some fresh spinach
