Shred’s Argentina style steak night

To make the chimichurri sauce:

combined all the herbs together and place in to a mini electric chopper and blitz until its chopped

Then place in to a small bowl and mix with 1tbsp of olive oil. Best left for 1 to 2 hours for all the flavours to release

 

  1. Cut the potato in to wedges and par boil for 10 mins leave skin on
  2. Place in to a oven dish and cook with 1tbsp of olive oil mixed in (can add Cajun spices) for 30 mins in the oven set at 200C
  3. Grill the steak in a griddle pan with the mushrooms and asparagus (cook to your liking)
  4. Serve up and top the steak with a fried egg and the homemade chimichurri sauce. Enjoy
