Shred’s sausage casserole
  1. Cut the potatoes and par boil for 10 mins
  2. Meanwhile in a deep pan fry the onions, peppers and Courgette with the chilli for 4 mins using fry light
  3. The add in the sliced sausage and cook for 10 mins
  4. Add the potatoes to the pan and add in the chopped tomatoes. Stir and simmer for 5 mins
  5. Finally add the chicken stock and add cook for a further 15 mins
  6. Serve and enjoy
