Sea Bass spinach, asparagus & homemade tomato sauce

To make the sauce, use 1/4 tin of tinned tomatoes, 1tsp passata, a pinch of garlic & chilli. salt & pepper to taste.

Simply pan fry the salmon for 5 mins each side and season with salt and pepper

Wilt the spinach in a pan and add garlic and chilli

Serve with asparagus
