Start by cooking the quorn strips in the oven, to make crispy as some olive oil and salt/pepper. Then start chopping all of the ingredients into small pieces, once done add the olive oil into the pan and bring to a heat.
Add in the onion, garlic and chilli and fry off for 2-3 minutes.You can then add the sugar and soy sauce and cook off slowly. Once the the strips are cooked you can then add them into the pan and mix through. Finally add some kidney beans, beansprouts and some sweet chilli sauce and serve with some white rice.
