Shred’s Quorn Chilli Tacos

Pre-heat the oven to 180c

Fry the mince in oil and add the onions and garlic .

Add in tinned tomatoes along with a veg stock cube and some salt and pepper.

Bring to the boil and simmer.

Add the tacos to a tray and add the mince mixture to the tacos and top with some low fat cheddar cheese.

Cook until cheese melted and serve.
