Ultimate Shred Lean Beef Mince With Green Beans & Pineapple

Method

  1. Heat up a frying pan with coconut oil
  2. Chop up your onion and add to the pan for 2 to 3 mins
  3. Then add your mince and cook until browned
  4. Pour in your tinned tomatoes, add salt, pepper, garlic and chilli
  5. Leave it to simmer for 10 mins
  6. Serve up with pineapple and enjoy
