Ultimate Shred Lean Beef Mince With  Green Beans & Pineapple

Method

  1. Heat a frying pan with coconut oil
  2. Chop the onion and add to the pan for 2 to 3 mins
  3. Then add the mince and cook until browned
  4. Pour in the tinned tomatoes, add salt, pepper, garlic and chilli
  5. Leave it to simmer for 10 mins
  6. Serve up with pineapple and enjoy
