Homemade Chilli & Rice

To make the chilli, cook your peppers and onion in a frying pan for 2 to 3 mins (use fry light) then add all your spices and cook for a further minute. After this had your mince and cook for another 10 mins, then add your stock cube with 1 pint of water and add chopped tomatoes. Leave to simmer for 10mins and serve up with your rice
