Healthy Homemade Spaghetti Bolognese

Method:

  1. Chop the onions and fry with chilli and garlic for 2 mins (use fry light)
  2. Add mince and cook until brown
  3. Add chopped tomatoes, mushrooms and beef stock to the frying pan and leave to simmer for 10 mins
  4. Meanwhile boil up the pasta (roughly takes 10mins)
  5. Serve up and enjoy
