Cut tofu into steak like pieces but keeping them around 1 inch thick, be sure to dry them to remove any mositure. Add the garlic, puree, mustard and soy sauce to a bowel and add the steak so they absorb all the flavours. Once covered then roll in breadcrumbs so they are fully coated. Add the oil to the pan and then add the steaks in, be sure to flip them so they cooked evenly. Once cooked add them to a plate with a paper towel to remove any excess oil. Bake some sweet potatoes and serve crispy with the steak.
