Shred’s Vegan Fajitas

Method

  1. Pan fry onions, peppers & cherry tomatoes with coconut oil or fry light
  2. Add in your Quorn fillet and cook through
  3. Warm up your beans in a microwave or on the hob
  4. Fill up your fajitas with the veggies and beans.
  5. Top with vegan cheese and salsa
  6. Enjoy
