Egg salad

Method

  1. Boil your eggs for 8 mins (hard boiled)
  2. Leave to one side to cool down
  3. Mix up your salad with light mayo and your cashew nuts
  4. Peel and slice up your eggs
  5. Add them to the salad
  6. Serve up

Cook time: 8 mins

Pre heat oven to 180c. In a pan fry the cheery tomatoes, spinach and peppers until cooked through and soft. Add to a shallow bowl and crack your eggs on top. Bake for around 8-12 minutes or until eggs are cooked through.

Quick and easy to make

 

Pan fry all your veg at the same time and cook to taste. You can then add in your eggs and scramble them in the same pan. Play around with different veg and spices as an alternative.

Really simple and time effective meal.

Method

 

  1. Fry off veg first using fry light or coconut oil.
  2. Then add in your steak and sauces.
  3. You can also add in extras such as soy sauce, rice wine vinegar or garlic.
  4. Serve and enjoy

Method

  1. Oven cook your chicken on 180c for 30 mins, smother in your BBQ sauce for the last 10 mins
  2. Grate your cauliflower up and boil for 5 mins
  3. Once cooked add to a frying pan with your garlic and soy sauce and fry for 5 mins
  4. Boil up some green veggies then serve up with your chicken and rice

Method:

 

  1. Set oven temperature high, cut up your peppers, onions, courgette and tomatoes into medium 1inch chunks.
  2. Place in casserole dish and in olive oil. Cook until chargrilled and to your preference (roughly 40mins), moving every 10 minutes.
  3. Grill the sausages and once cooked slice them up into pieces and add to the veg.
  4. Add in some chilli, garlic and smoked paprika and mix.
  5. Cook for a further 5 mins then serve up and enjoy

tip: use lettuce leaves instead of bread to create your bun.

method: to create the burger, use your mince and 2 egg whites & mix in chopped onion, salt & pepper & garlic

add sauces such as tomato ketchup to make it more exciting. stay away from high sugar sauces.
