Shred’s go to breakfast, tastes amazing give it a go!!

Method:

  1. Roughly chop your potatoes and boil for 20 mins or until soft
  2. In a frying pan add your sausage and bacon (chopped) and fry for 10 mins. Add salt and pepper
  3. Then add your mushrooms and tomatoes and fry for a further 2 to 3 mins
  4. Crack two eggs on top and mix all in together and cook through
  5. Add some American mustard and your mozzarella
  6. Lastly add your potatoes and turn the heat up to give it a crisp
  7. Serve it up with a squirt of hot sauce and enjoy

Prep time: 2 mins

Cook time: 20mins

cut a slit in your chicken and add your pesto. Wrap it up in bacon then oven cook for 30/40mins

serve up with your potato & salad

for the potato cut in to wedges and season with Cajun spices and fry light then oven cook for 45mins until crisp

Method:

  1. In a frying pan cook your onions with fry light or light oil f
  2. Add your mince and season
  3. Cook together on a low heat for 10 mins adding some teriyaki or soy sauce
  4. Once cooked fill up your tacos and add your pineapple
  5. Serve up and enjoy

Cook time: 15mins

Method

 

  1. Cut your sweet potato in to fries
  2. Coat the fries in some light oil and paprika for added flavour.
  3. Place in the oven and cook on 180c for 40 mins
  4. Once nearly cooked place a frying pan on heat for 2 to 3 mins. Use fry light
  5. Add the asparagus in the pan add salt and pepper to taste. For around 5 mins
  6. Add your steak to the Pan and cook 4 mins each side for Med/rare
  7. Serve up and can add soy sauce for more flavour

Cook time: 40mins

Really simple and time effective meal.

Method

 

  1. Fry off veg first using fry light or coconut oil.
  2. Then add in your king prawns and sauces.
  3. You can also add in extras such as soy sauce, rice wine vinegar or garlic.
  4. Serve and enjoy

Amazing tasting breakfast

  1. Add your porridge oats and Almond milk to a bowl (can use water)
  2. Microwave for 3 mins stirring half way
  3. Once cooked add your whey powder and stir in
  4. Top with your berries
  5. Enjoy

Method

  1. Pan fry onions, peppers & cherry tomatoes with coconut oil or fry light
  2. Add in your Quorn fillet and cook through
  3. Warm up your beans in a microwave or on the hob
  4. Fill up your fajitas with the veggies and beans.
  5. Top with vegan cheese and salsa
  6. Enjoy

Cut tofu into steak like pieces but keeping them around 1 inch thick, be sure to dry them to remove any mositure. Add the garlic, puree, mustard and soy sauce to a bowel and add the steak so they absorb all the flavours. Once covered then roll in breadcrumbs so they are fully coated. Add the oil to the pan and then add the steaks in, be sure to flip them so they cooked evenly. Once cooked add them to a plate with a paper towel to remove any excess oil. Bake some sweet potatoes and serve crispy with the steak.

Slice the Tofu into small chunks and marinate in a sticky teriyaki sauce for a minimum of 30 minutes. Add oil to a pan and fry the tofu along with some onions, peppers and garlic. Make sure the tofu is cooked through and then serve with the taco shell along with some salad and salsa.

Fry off the mince in the oil and add the onions and garlic and fry off. Add in some tinned tomatoes along with a veg stock cube and some salt and pepper. Bring to the boil and simmer. Pre-heat the oven to 180c and add the tacos to a tray add the chilli to the tacos and top with some low fat cheddar cheese. Cook until cheese melted and serve.

Method

 

  1. mix up your tuna with 1tsp of balsamic and light mayo
  2.  Add in cucumber, cherry tomatoes and red onion for a extra crunch
  3. Serve up and enjoy

Great on the go lunch

Simply grill your chicken, then add it to your wrap and fill it up  using pineapple and salad

Enjoy with hot sauce

  2. Whilst its cooking boil up your rice & green beans
  3. When your chicken is cooked slice it up and serve with your rice and beans

Fry your onions and mushrooms until soft. Add the remaining ingredients (not the tortilla, avocado) Mash in the tofu until cooked. Season to taste.

Wrap in a tortilla with avocado and add some parsley.

Perfect breakfast to fuel you up for the day

  1. Prep your Avocado
  2. Add to a bowl with fresh chilli and lemon and mash up using a folk
  3. Toast your bread
  4. Whilst its toasting prep your mushrooms and spinach and cook in pan using fry light for 3 to 4 mins
  5. Spread your avocado over your bread and top with your veggies
  6. Serve and enjoy
