  1. Grease a small cereal bowl or deep mug and set aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the protein powder, coconut flour, baking powder and cocoa powder and mix well.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk the egg with the almond milk and pour into the dry mixture and mix until fully incorporated.

Grate your apple and set aside. Cook your oats as you normally would and ensure they are a little more watery than usual. When they are about 60 seconds away from being cooked add in the grated apple and mix through as the oats finish cooking. Once finish serve with a drizzle of honey and some mixed nuts/berries.

Pre heat your oven to 200c. Start by peeling your potato, once done grate all of the potato into a colander. Using your hand you want to squeeze as much water out of the potato as possible, the drier they are the crispier the potato will become. Add in your spices and add the oil to the pan, once hot add in all of the potato and pack down making a “potato pancake”. Leave to cook until the underside is golden brown.

Using a plate flip out the potato and start to cook the other side. Crack your eggs on top of the potato (try not to break), then add them to the oven for around 5-7 minutes and serve.

Nice hearty breakfast to set you up well for the day

  1. Heat up a frying pan for 2 mins using fry light light
  2. Add in your sausages and cook for 10 mins turning occasionally
  3. Prep your Muffin/Bagel
  4. When the sausages are nearly cooked fry or scramble your egg
  5. Serve up with some hot sauce or English mustard

Fry off the mince in the oil and add the onions and garlic and fry off. Add in some tinned tomatoes along with a veg stock cube and some salt and pepper. Bring to the boil and simmer. Pre-heat the oven to 180c and add the tacos to a tray add the chilli to the tacos and top with some low fat cheddar cheese. Cook until cheese melted and serve.

Cook the rice in a pan or microwave and set to one side. Chop the tofu into small slices, add some oil to the pan and start to cook. After 2 minutes add in the salt, pepper, garlic and paprika. Then add in the rice, fresh chilli and vegetables along with some soy sauce. Fry off for around 3-4 minutes and serve.

Slice the Tofu into small chunks and marinate in a sticky teriyaki sauce for a minimum of 30 minutes. Add oil to a pan and fry the tofu along with some onions, peppers and garlic. Make sure the tofu is cooked through and then serve with the taco shell along with some salad and salsa.

Tasty vegan shred salad and simple to make follow these steps

  1. Prep your avocado and add to a bowl
  2. Using a folk mash it up with garlic oil and lemon
  3. Set to one side and prep your mixed leaf salad using more oil and fresh lemon
  4. Add in your Cannellini beans and mix together
  5. Then serve up with your avocado on top

You could trying slicing your avocado instead of mashed

Great simple meal that is tasty and time efficient. Simply cut Tofu into slices and place under grill until cooked. With the salad, be creative! Add in your favourites and try new things such as nuts, seeds and different dressings.

Cut tofu into steak like pieces but keeping them around 1 inch thick, be sure to dry them to remove any mositure. Add the garlic, puree, mustard and soy sauce to a bowel and add the steak so they absorb all the flavours. Once covered then roll in breadcrumbs so they are fully coated. Add the oil to the pan and then add the steaks in, be sure to flip them so they cooked evenly. Once cooked add them to a plate with a paper towel to remove any excess oil. Bake some sweet potatoes and serve crispy with the steak.

Shred the tofu up and add some salt and pepper. Fry this in a pan with some olive oil with some mushrooms and peppers. You can also add some onions to it along with herbs/spices to taste.

  2. Add in your Quorn fillet and cook through
  3. Warm up your beans in a microwave or on the hob
  4. Fill up your fajitas with the veggies and beans.
  5. Top with vegan cheese and salsa
  6. Enjoy
