Shred’s turkey chilli and veggies with wholegrain rice

Shred’s Turkey chilli is simple and easy to make follow these steps

  1. Pre heat your frying pan (use fry light or coconut oil)
  2. Add in your chopped onion and cook for 2 to 3 mins
  3. Add in some fresh garlic & 1 tsp of chilli
  4. Add your turkey mince and cook until brown
  5. Add in chicken stock with 300ml of water
  6. Add in the rest of your spices & tinned tomatoes
  7. Simmer for 10 mins then add in your kidney beans the last 5 minutes of cook time
  8. Whilst your chilli is simmering boil up your carrots & green beans in a pan
  9. Serve up & enjoy

For the rice simply boil it up or you can even use microwave rice

  1. Cut your sweet potato in to fries
  2. Coat the fries in some light oil and paprika for added flavour.
  3. Place in the oven and cook on 180c for 40 mins
  4. Once nearly cooked place a frying pan on heat for 2 to 3 mins. Use fry light
  5. Add the asparagus in the pan add salt and pepper to taste. For around 5 mins
  6. Add your fish to the Pan and cook 4 mins each side
  7. Serve up and can add soy sauce for more flavour

  1. Heat a frying pan up using coconut oil or fry light, add in your onion and all seasonings for 2 to 3 mins
  2. Add your mince and cook until brown
  3. Add your tinned tomatoes and mushrooms then leave to simmer for 15 mins
  4. The last 5 mins of cooking time add your kidney beans then simmer for a further 10 mins
  5. Whilst the chilli is slowly cooking boil up the rice
  6. Once all cooked up serve and enjoy

  1. Boil up the rice for 10 mins or until cooked
  2. Whilst the rice is cooking prep all your veg and heat up a pan with a drizzle of olive oil
  3. Add the veg to the pan with all your seasoning and fry for 5 mins
  4. Add in your cooked rice and 250ml of water with a veggie stock then leave to simmer for 10 mins
  5. Add in some soy sauce give it a stir
  6. Serve up and enjoy

fry up your steak and veggies together in a frying pan using fry light, once nearly cooked add your soy sauce.

Add your boiled rice to the frying pan and stir it all together adding chilli, garlic and salt

Great on the go lunch

Simply grill your chicken, then add it to your wrap and fill it up  using pineapple and salad

Enjoy with hot sauce

  1. Wrap the cod up in tin foil and season with paprika and fresh lemon
  2. Place in the oven and cook on 180c for 30 mins
  3. Place a pan of water to boil and cook your rice for 10 mins
  4. When the fish is nearly done boil up your veg for 5 mins
  5. Serve up with some hot sauce and enjoy

  1. mix up your tuna with 1tsp of balsamic and light mayo
  2.  Add in cucumber, cherry tomatoes and red onion for a extra crunch

  1. Place your jacket potato in the oven and bake at 200c for 45mins or longer if needed
  2. Whilst you leave that to cook, set a frying pan on heat. (use fry light)
  3. Add in your onion, peppers and garlic, fry for 2 to 3 mins
  4. Add your mince and cook for 10 mins
  5. Stir in your chopped tomatoes and season with salt and pepper
  6. Leave it to simmer for 15 mins
  7. Serve up on top of your Jacket

Great breakfast choice to start your day off with a smile

  1. Set a pan of water to boil
  2. Once boiling drop in your eggs and lower the heat and leave them for 4 mins
  3. Whilst they are cooking add your bread to a toaster
  4. Meanwhile prep your feta and tomatoes
  5. Once your toast is ready top with your eggs
  6. Add your Feta and tomatoes Serve up and enjoy

You could also scramble or fry your eggs

prep time: 2 mins

cook time: 10mins

  1. Place the onion and garlic in a pan with a good drizzle of olive oil and cook for 5-10 minutes over a medium heat until soft.
  2. Once the onions and garlic are soft, add in the mushrooms and give it all a good stir.
  3. Leave to cook for another 5-10 minutes until soft.
  4. Just before serving, add a good pinch of thyme, salt and pepper and stir through the yoghurt and lemon juice.
  5. When ready; spoon the mushrooms on top of the toast and serve with another sprinkle of thyme, salt and pepper.

Perfect breakfast to fuel you for the day

  1. Prep your Avocado
  2. Add to a bowl with fresh chilli and lemon and mash up using a folk
  3. Toast your bread
  4. Meanwhile, prep your mushrooms and spinach and cook in a pan using fry light for 3 to 4 mins
  5. Spread your avocado over your bread and top with spinach & mushrooms
  6. Serve and enjoy

Amazing tasting breakfast

  1. Add your porridge oats and Almond milk to a bowl (can use water)
  2. Microwave for 3 mins stirring half way
  3. Whilst cooking prep your banana
  4. Once cooked add your whey powder and stir in
  5. Top with banana and cashew nuts
  6. Lastly squirt some maple syrup on top
  7. Enjoy
