Shred’s strapple smoothie

  1. Grease a small cereal bowl or deep mug and set aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the protein powder, coconut flour, baking powder and cocoa powder and mix well.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk the egg with the almond milk and pour into the dry mixture and mix until fully incorporated.
  4. Microwave for 60 seconds and remove from microwave and enjoy immediately.

Use almond or oat milk if you’re wanting a slimmer shake. If you want a more calorific shake, use whole milk & even add some peanut butter.
