We have designed these pre-workout smoothies using high fats to slowly release protein throughout your workout also packed with high carbohydrate content for your main energy source.

1.Peanut Butter Blast

  • Ultimate greens smoothie.
  • 1 tbspn organic PB
  • 1 cup of oats

2. Protein power punch

  • 1 scoop protein
  • 1 cup of oats
  • 1 tbspn almond butter
  • 1 shot of espresso

3. Super food shake

  • ½ cup of beetroot
  • 1 cup of Greek yoghurt
  • 1 apple
  • 1 kiwi
  • 1 tbspn chia seeds
  • 1 scoop unflavoured protein
  • 1 cup of ice
  • Water
