Smoothie List

Banana and peanut butter
1 banana, 1tbspn peanut butter, 1 scoop vanilla whey & 250ml oat milk top with chopped walnuts
1 scoop Vanilla or strawberry whey with unsweetened almond milk add 50g fresh strawberries
Pineapple and mango
Slice of Pineapple, mango, 1 scoop Vanilla whey and almond milk or water
Choc orange
Choc orange – 1 scoop chocolate protein. 1 segment of orange topped with orange zest and 85% dark chocolate
Banana and vanilla
Half banana 1 scoop Vanilla Whey, 2 tbspn greek yoghurt low-fat & water
Mixed berries
1 scoop unflavoured protein 50g mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries) blend with almond milk
Peanut butter
1 scoop Vanilla protein, 1tbspn peanut butter and oat milk
1 scoop Vanilla protein with half passion fruit, kiwi and grapefruit or pineapple
Chocolate coconut
1 scoop Choc protein, coconut milk & coconut Shavings
