I qualified as a personal trainer and nutritionist at cookridge sports and health college; my forte being human motivation, the passion to make others succeed. I helped many people achieve a variety of goals including weight loss, lean muscle gains, muscle building and confidence building. Fitness should be a main aspect of everyone’s lives, it needs to be fun and interesting, but effective.
