Having a keen interest in bodybuilding myself I have competed in many competitions and have aspirations of doing more. By undergoing a challenging training programme alongside a strict diet enables me to relate as well as motivate all client not only in gym based activities but also with everyday challenges through boosting self belief and confidence.

Biography

A personal trainer and co founder of ultimate shred. I qualified as a personal trainer and nutritionist at cookridge sports and health college; my forte being human motivation, the passion to make others succeed. I helped many people achieve a variety of goals including weight loss, lean muscle gains, muscle building and confidence building. Fitness should be a main aspect of everyone’s lives, it needs to be fun and interesting, but effective. This together with a healthy diet and understanding of the fitness principles, creates a healthier you, and can pro long your life. As I work together with my clients I will also educate them on WHY it will work and HOW

Career History

Working in the fitness industry is the only career I have ever been interested in. I have worked as a personal trainer for many years and helped all kinds of people achieve there weight loss dreams including Coronation Streets Colson Smith, this young actor achieved an amazing 4 stone weight loss with the backing of my training regimes and nutrition plans.
