I first got into personal training about 4 years ago. I have always had a key interest in fitness. I used to play football at a high level until injures got in the way so I quit. I didn’t fancy the ordinary 9-5 so I was looking for a while for something I would be good at. Then I stumbled across become a personal trainer and I haven’t looked back since. What I love about my job is you help to improve and have an effect on someone life.
To see someone change and to receive thanks for it and praise is very rewarding. And that’s the main reason I enjoy being a PT. knowing that I have had an effect on someone life. Also I have met some fantastic people along the way. Friends I wouldn’t of met if I hadn’t become a PT
