Terms & Conditions

To conduct our business effectively and efficiently the following terms and conditions apply:
If a training session is not cancelled with 24 hours’ notice the client will be charged (unless it’s an emergency).
Rescheduling sessions will come on a first come first served basis.
If a client is 20 minutes late for a session with no notice they will be considered a no show and be charged full price.
Class places must be booked every Sunday in order to attend.

FEES

60-minute PT session – £25.00
60-minute partner PT session – £30.00

REFUNDS

Ultimate Shred operates a no returns/refunds policy for any purchase. REFUNDS WILL NOT BE PROVIDED FOR ANY SUBSCRIPTION/MEMBERSHIP. WE DO NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS OR CREDIT FUNDS TO YOUR ACCOUNT FOR ANY FOR MIDTERM CANCELLATIONS OR CANCELLATIONS PRIOR TO MEMBERSHIP START DATE. Please read the product description in detail and should you have any questions about our product please contact us prior to your purchase.

CAUTION TRAINING & ALLERGY WARNING:

When agreeing to the above and also in signing a waiver and assumption risk agreement in which the client assumes the risk of taking part in exercises on and off different types of equipment and that the trainer shall have no liability for any injury, illness or anything else similar that may come from the training sessions

If you have any food allergy’s or a special dietary requirement, Please contact us using the contact forms provided throughout the site, alternatively email us at nutrition@ultimatshred.co.uk Please allow up to 24 hours for a response. Be aware that it is your responsibility to inform us of any special dietary requirements and not Ultimate Shred’s responsibility to ask.
