My Fitness Pal Custom Nutrition Goals

Android and iOS app users

  • Tap Menu (Top left corner).

  • Scroll down and tap goals.

  • Scroll down and select Calorie and Macronutrient Goals.

  • Tap each goal to edit and enter your custom calories; you should have these from the results of the calorie calculator. Next change you macronutrients to match the macros given in your plan for example 40% carbohydrates 40% Protein and 20% Fat.

Website Users

  • Log in to http://www.myfitnesspal.com in a web browser
  • Click “My Home”, then “Goals”,

  • Then select Edit for Daily Nutrition Goals, Fitness, or Micronutrients

  • Enter your custom calories; you should have these from the results of the calorie calculator. Next change you macronutrients to match the macros given in your plan for example 40% carbohydrates 40% Protein and 20% Fat.

  • Once you’ve made your changes make sure to click “Save Changes”, those same changes will then appear in the app the next time the app syncs to the website.

You can now simply monitor your calorie and macronutrient intake using the My Fitness Pal app. My Fitness Pal has one of the largest nutrition databases available and is extremely accurate. My Fitness Pal is very easy to use and makes things simple with a built in bar code scanner and also allowing you to edit portion sizes.
